Crystal Forest #1216-034    California Redwood top, red-curly maple back sides and neck, Ebony peghead overlay with mother or pearl inlay. Flat ebony fretboard with M.O.P. position markers. 1 1/8" bone nut and standard 13 7/8" scale length. Tuning machines are Grover 309, 18:1 (nickel plated), Tailpiece is a scallop style nickel plated. This mandolin has been fitted with a quality Cumberland Acoustics, adjustable ebony bridge. The top and back and an induced radius (96"). The neck has an adjustable steel truss rod. This mandolin is bound front and back (black + cream + black). Finish is nitrocellulose lacquer.
