2012 Crystal Forest Lap Steel Guitar S/N #CFLS0712-02
A custom built lap steel guitar. Solid cherry body, ebony fretboard with nickel steel frets, National Style roman numeral fret markers. Ebony peghead veneer and trim plates. Standard lap steel 22 1/2" scale with 2" bone nut. String spacing at nut is .35". String height above fret boards is 3/8". Pickup is a Kent Armstrong # SLV-1 vintage lipstick pickup w/ Alnico bar magnet/D.C. resistance = 4.9K. 500k volume and tone pots and standard 1/4" input jack. Features a Telecaster style, fully adjustable bridge. Quality Grover 18:1 "Sta-tite" tuners.

It's a nice tight little oval hole. A good mando at a very reasonable price... Very sweet sound.
This whole process of having a custom build has surpassed my expectations... I couldn't be happier! I usually build a couple at one time.
